1. No persons under the age of 18 years will be
permitted.
2. We will give information at the time of booking, if relevant, as to whether the location will be
suitable for the disabled
3. No heavily pregnant women will be allowed, for their own safety.
4. Anyone
asked to leave an investigation, for whatever reason will not receive a refund.
5. Dead evil nights will not be
held responsible for any personal belongings or equipment being damaged whilst travelling to, during, or travelling from the
event. This includes any damage incurred by spiritual activity.
6. You join all investigations at your own risk.
Dead evil nights will not accept responsibility for any accident, injury or incident to a client, however it happens.
7. We encourage all clients to carry their own 3rd party insurance.
8. Dead evil nights carry their own public
liability insurance.
9. By accepting the terms and conditions you actively release the promoters, organisers and
individuals from all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, penalties, demands, actions, proceedings, and
every type of legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of, or arising in the injury or death of any person/persons,
or damage to property, arising from the client participating in an event and involvement in any activity or premises
pertaining to the event.
10. No persons believed to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs will be permitted.
11. No drugs or alcohol will be permitted on any investigation and any persons found or suspected to be using these
will be escorted from the premises.
12. Dead evil nights will not accept any responsibility for any parking fines,
vehicle damage, or clamping. All articles brought with you, are your own responsibility.
13 If an event has to
be cancelled, we will endeavour to let every client know, even if they are already en route. So on making your booking we
will request that you provide us with both a home telephone and a mobile number. If for whatever reason we cannot get in touch
with any individuals booked on to an event which has been cancelled, Dead evil nights will not be held responsible for that
person/persons turning up at the venue, including travelling expenses and hotels.
14. Dead evil nights reserve
the right to move an outdoor event indoors if the weather will not permit, or will effect an investigation.
15.
Although the client will be advised at the time of booking, it is the clients responsibility to ensure they are wearing both
the appropriate clothing and footwear to all events.
16. In the event of severe weather conditions where it will
be dangerous for anyone to attend a location, due to driving conditions or otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel an investigation.
Again we will endeavour to contact all clients to alert them to this whilst giving as much notice as possible before hand.
the client must also check with Dead evil nights themselves, if the weather is particularly bad that the investigation is
going ahead.
17. It is the clients own responsibility to evaluate, and make their own decisions as to what they
may or may not experience on any investigation. Also clients must respect the thoughts and feelings of others as well
as their own. Any mediums that may be used have their own sole opinion of what they say or do, and these do not necessarily
reflect the thoughts or feelings of any staff or individuals involved in any way with Dead evil nights. No guarantees are
made as to what is the truth or simply just an opinion.
18. No guarantees will be either offered or made at any
event that spiritual activity will take place. They are not circus animals they do not "perform". Any activity that
may take place could either be minimal or extremely intense, which can sometimes result in the injury of a client or
damage to clothing and/ or personal effects. Again, Dead evil nights will not be held responsible for any such occurrences.
19. Dead evil nights will not be held responsible if very little activity or indeed nothing at all is experienced.
20. Please make sure before you book that you fully understand that anything could happen and that you are fully
prepared for this, as Dead evil nights will not be held responsible for any trauma before, during or after any event.
21. If when attending the event you wish for whatever reason to leave, then please alert a member of staff before doing
so. This enables us to keep track of the number of clients with us, should we need to evacuate the building at any time, and
also if you need help then we will do whatever we can to assist you.
22. Due to the unsociable hours that these
investigations keep, we respectfully ask that you make alternative arrangements where possible to stay at a hotel. Dead evil
nights will include a list of nearby hotels with every booking confirmation. Dead evil nights will not be held responsible
for any accidents occurring due to the late hour. TIREDNESS BEHIND THE WHEEL CAN KILL.
23. These terms and conditions
are non-negotiable, and by booking an event, whether you have read them or not, you are bound by them.
24. We will
try and make your evening as memorable as possible and that all you experience will be true spirit activity. At no time
will Dead evil nights staff mislead you in anyway. Whether you leave with the memory of experiencing something small or big
we will try to make your night a memorable one.
25. Any cancellation made 6 weeks before the event will be
fully refunded minus a 7% cancellation charge. This relates to the cost of the event.
26. Any cancellation 5 weeks
before an event will have a full refund minus 20%
27. Cancellations made 4 weeks before will receive a 50% refund
28. Any cancellations made less than 4 weeks will receive NO REFUND.
29. If you have booked an event
and cannot attend for whatever reason and you wish to change the name so another person can attend in your place, then please
notify us as soon as possible so that their names can be amended on our list, otherwise the person taking your place
will not be permitted entry.
30. If for whatever reason you cannot attend an event, even if its on the day, we
would appreciate if you could notify us as soon as possible so that (A) it doesn't hold everyone up waiting for you,
(B) we know that nothing has happened to you on the way to an event.
31. Unless otherwise stated there will be
no sleeping facilities at the events.
32. Where possible we will arrange for light refreshments throughout the
evening, e.g tea coffee, biscuits, crisps. You can of bring your own, but please respect the building when thinking about
what to bring, also the fact that although there will be a designated area this may or may not contain tables and chairs.
33. Dead evil nights promises that whether you are a sceptic or a hardened believer we will cater for all beliefs.
